Caterer's Corn Bread
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 cups cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
Sift dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and margarine. Beat at low
speed for one minute. Bake in greased 8 by 8 inch pan in 425
degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
