Lemon Bars
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 lemon
In a bowl, combine butter, flour and powdered sugar until crumbly.
Spread in a 8 by 8 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15
minutes. Sift dry ingredients and add to eggs. Add juice and grated
rind of lemon. Spread over baked crust and bake for 25 minutes at
350 degrees. Sprinkle powdered sugar over bars when cooled. Cut
into squares.
