Cherries and Cream
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. cane sugar
dash cinnamon
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
whipped cream (optional)
chopped pecans
Combine, with an electric mixer, sour cream and sugar in
a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Mix in cinnamon. In 6
parfait glasses, spoon cherry pie filling, alternating
with sour cream. Chill until ready to serve. Top with
whipped cream and pecans. Makes 6 servings.
