LF's Red Hot Pepper Salsa
LF's Red Hot Pepper Salsa
2-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2-14 1/2 oz. cans tomatoes diced
1-4 oz. can green chiles chopped
5 fresh jalapeno peppers roasted, peeled and diced
5 fresh yellow guero or wax peppers roasted, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic chopped
2-3 green onions chopped
handful fresh cilantro chopped
1 tsp. cane sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
