TM's Chicken Tacos
cooked chicken shredded
picante sauce
oil
corn tortilla shells
lettuce shredded
tomato chopped
cheese shredded
In a saucepan, fry corn shells in oil for 2 seconds. Place chicken
mixed with picante sauce in tortilla shells and fold each one. Fry
in oil until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Fill with lettuce,
tomato and cheese.
