Arizona Enchiladas

Arizona Enchiladas

1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dash black pepper
1/2 cup green onions chopped
1/3 cup cheese grated
1 can black olives sliced
Cook meat in oil and add salt, pepper and chili powder. Heat sauce.
Dip each tortilla into sauce one at a time. Remove and fill
tortilla with meat, onion, cheese and olives. Roll and secure with
a toothpick. Arrange rolls seam side down in a greased 11 by 7 inch
baking dish. Pour out remaining sauce over top and bake at 350
degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle additional cheese over top of
enchiladas and bake for 5 more minutes. I sprinkle olives over the
enchiladas, bake for 25 minutes and then sprinkle cheese over all
for the last five minutes.
