Cinnamon Churros
Cinnamon Churros
1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup boiling water
cinnamon
sugar
Add salt to water. Add this to flour and beat until fluffy-
mashed potato consistency. Pour batter into pastry tube and
drop 2 inch long thin sticks into hot oil in a deep fryer.
Always take the necessary precautions when frying with hot
oil. Fry churros until golden brown. Place on paper to absorb
the extra grease. Mix cinnamon and sugar together and coat
churros with this mixture while they are still warm.
