Green Chile
1-14 oz. can tomatoes diced
1 medium can green chili enchilada sauce
1 medium can whole green chilis chopped
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup water
2 cups pork or chicken small cubed
dash salt
dash black pepper
1 cup cubed cooked potatoes
Brown meat and onions. Add water and sauces, simmer on low for
1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add potatoes
when cooking is complete.
