Homemade Flour Tortillas

Homemade Flour Tortillas

3 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening, margarine or oil slightly heaping
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup warm water
Mix dry ingredients. Add shortening. Add water until mixed. Roll 
dough into balls. Flatten until thinned. Over high heat, cook on
griddle until brown spots are present on tortilla.
