Mexican Tamale Dish
1 ( 1 lb. 4 oz.) can whole tomatoes mashed
1 (15 oz.) can tamales chopped (1 inch pieces)
1 (15 oz.) can chili
1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained (or creamed corn if preferred)
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles chopped
grated cheddar cheese
chopped tomatoes
chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. jalapeno minced
sour cream
tortilla chips for dipping
Simmer first five ingredients in a saucepan for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining six ingredients. Serve with tortilla
chips.
