Sour Cream Green Chile Enchiladas
12 corn tortillas
browned ground beef
grated cheddar cheese
1 carton sour cream
2-10 3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
2-4 oz. cans green chiles diced
Fry 1 dozen tortillas in oil until pliable. Fill with browned ground
beef and grated cheese. Roll into enchiladas. Place in a casserole
dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture over
enchiladas and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in oven at 350
degrees for 20 minutes.
