Southwestern Bean Salad
1-15 oz. can garbanzo beans drained
1-15 oz. can pinto beans drained
1-15 oz. can black olives chopped (1/2 can)
1 fresh serrano or jalapeno pepper chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lemon (juice from)
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. basil dried
1/2 tsp. oregano dried
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Mix beans, pepper and black olives together. Whisk together dry
ingredients, oil and lemon juice. Pour dressing over bean mixture.
