Sunny Salsa

1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 large tomato chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1/2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. cilantro dried
1 tsp. oregano dried
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
2-3 tbsp. crushed chili pepper flakes
1 tsp. cumin
water to thin
Mix ingredients in bowl. Chill.
