Fruit Pie Crumb Topping
(Penn Dutch)
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-9 inch pie shell
Mix together flour, butter and sugar until they are fine crumbs.
Spread evenly over fruit filling in unbaked pie shell. Bake 10
minutes at 425 degrees, then 30 minutes longer at 350 degrees-
depending on pie filling contents.
