TM's Garlic and Olive Oil Dressing

1/4 cup light olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove chopped
1/2 tsp. white sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard ground
dash garlic salt
In a blender or food processor, puree ingredients until smooth.
Toss with fresh greens or vegetables.
