Blue Cheese Dressing

1-4 oz. package blue cheese (3/4 cup crumbled)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
In bowl, crumble blue cheese. Add sour cream, vinegar and salt. 
Beat with rotary beater until blue cheese is well blended. Cover, 
chill. Serve over tossed greens or with chicken wings. Makes about 
1 2/3 cups.
