Pesto Salad Dressing

2 tbsp. prepared pesto sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
juice of 1 medium size lemon
1 tsp. cane sugar
1/4 tsp. parsley dried
sprinkle red pepper flakes
garlic salt to taste
1 cup olive oil
Whisk first seven ingredients in a bowl. Slowly whisk olive oil into 
mixture until smooth. Serve with a green salad or in a pasta salad.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups salad dressing. Chill for best flavor.
