Refresh Salad
1/2 fresh apple chopped
3 oz. fresh whole blueberries
1 banana sliced
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
sprinkle freshly juiced lime juice
In a bowl, place in layers, apple, blueberries and pomegranate
seeds. Before serving, layer banana over fruit. Gently stir in
lime juice. Serves 3-4.
