Caterer's Pizza Sauce

2-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1-6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. oil 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano dried
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. anise seed ground
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Heat, on low, for about 
30 minutes or more, stirring occasionally.
